To provide religious, social, and educational services to enable the Muslim community to fulfill its responsibilities and contribute to the betterment of society by embodying and exemplifying leadership and excellence and fostering peace.

Vision

ICCC’s vision is to be a model American Muslim community with which Allah (God) is pleased. ICCC specializes in providing services for the 15-45 age groups, as these demographics have very specific needs pertaining to their spiritual growth, religious involvement of their family and children, and the need to adopt and embrace a Muslim identity.

Community

Islamic Community Cultural Center (ICCC) is located in Parsippany, New Jersey and provides Islamic services to all Muslims who work or live in the area surrounding Parsippany including, but not limited to: Boonton, Denville, East Hanover, Fairfield, Florham Park, Hanover, Lake Hiawatha, Livingston, Montville, Morris Plains, Morristown, Mountain Lakes, Pine Brook, Towaco, Troy Hills, West Caldwell, and Whippany. In addition, PIC extends a number of general social services to members of all faiths.

ICCC Administration and Structure

ICCC (Islamic Community Cultural Center) is a DBA of Islamic Burial Services Association (IBSA) and operates as its Waqf (trust). The facility housing ICCC was financed by IBSA. More information about IBSA can be found on its website: www.ibsanj.org.

ICCC is the sister organization of the Parsippany Islamic Center (PIC). PIC is an independent entity registered within the state of New Jersey as a 501(c)3. The role of PIC is to organize and manage the religious services provided by ICCC.

All ICCC administration, board members, officers, and committee members render their services on a purely voluntary basis and do not receive any compensation.

The Parsippany Islamic Center, is a non-profit, private religious organization, and aims to serve the Muslim community according to the teachings of the holy Quran:

“Believers! Obey Allah and obey the Messenger, and those from among you who are delegated with authority; and then if you were to dispute among yourselves about anything refer it to Allah and the Messenger if you indeed believe in Allah and the Last Day; that is better and more commendable in the end.” (4:59)

Te organization is managed and run by individuals who dedicate their time and effort to serve the community for the sake of Allah.
