Clergy


At ICCC all clergy serve in different capacities as assistants to the ICCC Imams and Director of Religious Affairs.

Imam Maher Felemban

Imam Maher was born and raised in Makkah Al-Mukarramah.

He earned his bachelor’s degree from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in Saudi Arabia. He earned his Masters degree from The Pennsylvania State University.

He was an Imam in Saudi Arabia for seven years and was the Imam of the Islamic Society of Central Pennsylvania for nine years. He also served as the president of the Islamic Society of Central Pennsylvania for two years

At ICCC/PIC, Imam Maher coordinates the leading of Salat, delivers Jumuah Khutbahs, and works with our myriad educational programs.

Imam Almothana Alkhalil

Imam Almothana Alkhalil is a Palestinian American, who was born and raised in Saudi Arabia. He completed numerous formal courses related to Islamic studies and is experienced in teaching Quran as well as Arabic language and grammar. In addition to his Islamic education, Imam Almothana holds bachelor’s degrees in both mechanical engineering and political science.

At ICCC/PIC, Imam Almothana handles the day-to-day religious responsibilities for our community by leading Salat, taking part in our Quran Academy, and delivering Khutbahs.

Ustadh Muheez Rehman

Ustadh Muheez Rahman attended a number of intensive programs with Qalam and Bayyinah institute and continues his journey acquiring knowledge from various sources and teachers. He has served as a Sunday School teacher for 4 years. A volunteer Chaplain at Bergen County Jail for 2 years and having graduated from Rutgers Engineering in 2016, he works in the Aerospace industry. In addition, Ustadh Muheez is the resident Ustadh at ICCC serving as the youth director and academic advisor.

Hafidh Mustafa Brown

Hafidh Mustafa Brown is the youngest of the Imams at ICCC. He memorized the entire Quran while living in Saudi Arabia. He is currently a psychology major in the School of Arts and Sciences at Rutgers University – New Brunswick.

Hafidh Mustafa is currently operating in a support role for our Quran Academy.

Ustadh Zakariya Rehman

Ustadh Zakariya Rehman was a Hifdh Student at Darul Uloom New Jersey. Later he studied Maqamat and Tajweed under Qari Hashim Abbasi the student of the Late Sheikh Mohammed Ayoub, Imam of Masjid An Nabawi (Madina KSA).

Currently he’s a student of Information Technology and Finance Major at Rutgers University, New Brunswick.
